Job Summary
Monitor the clubhouse to ensure residents and guests follow community rules, assist with clubhouse equipment and requests, and close and secure the facility daily. Share property features and recommend local shopping, dining, and recreational destinations while listening to resident needs and supporting clubhouse activities and events. Perform light office duties and carry out tasks requested by the Community Director. This part-time role offers flexible evening and weekend hours, 15 to 25 hours per week, at Richardson Properties' apartment community.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- A neat and professional appearance
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and detail-oriented skills
- Dependability and trustworthiness
- Flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends
