Job Summary
Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners by creating and maintaining job files and building concrete relationships. Partner with Sales and Install teams to move jobs through the process, resolving paperwork issues, change orders, and on-hold jobs. Schedule technical measures, installation dates, and reminder calls, then send post-installation surveys and address any post-install situations. Work with Sales Representatives to manage jobs in progress and ensure accurate data entry. This role supports Andersen's portfolio of brands serving the residential and home improvement sectors, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences that turn possibility into reality.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience
- Solid and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office software
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous task
