Job Summary
Provide Signature Service customer service to homeowners and create and maintain their job files. Schedule technical measures, installation dates, and reminder calls while partnering with sales representatives to resolve paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or jobs in progress. Send out post-installation surveys and resolve any post-installation situations. This role supports Renewal by Andersen's homeowners across the Fort Myers, FL market, ensuring a customized communication experience from measure through installation and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Solid and accurate data entry skills
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Competency in Microsoft Office software
- High attention to detail and organization abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage simultaneous tasks
