Welcome and farewell guests upon arrival and departure, acting as a knowledgeable resource to resolve inquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and urgency. Complete the daily concierge checklist to ensure standards and procedures are followed, while executing nightly turndown service with attention to detail. Actively walk the property to engage with guests, provide onsite recommendations, and create personalized itineraries. Upsell resort amenities and experiences to enhance the stay, collaborating with the Guest Services team during peak periods. This role requires excellent communication skills, high energy, and the ability to work outside in the FL Keys climate. Little Palm Island is a Michelin Three-Key private sanctuary where time slows and guests reconnect with what matters most.
