Job Summary
Concierge/Receptionist at BallenIsles Country Club (Palm Beach Gardens, FL) responsible for delivering exceptional member and guest experiences through greet-and-service etiquette, professional phone handling, reservations, information liaison across club departments, and proactive guest assistance. Daily duties include guiding members and guests on activities, dining, and hours of operation; entering reservations in Jonas/JAM or current databases; creating Member/Guest Cards; handling special requests and coordinating with F&B and other departments to ensure member satisfaction; maintaining knowledge of club activities, signage, and policies; and promoting a positive team atmosphere while supporting housekeeping and engineering for club appearance. The role requires high school level education or equivalent, strong English communication, computer and internet proficiency, and flexibility to work days, nights, holidays, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
