Job Summary
Concierge serves as the Director of First Impressions for the community, greeting residents, family members, guests, and visitors in a courteous, professional manner; handles incoming telephone calls, pages, and walkie-talkie usage; promotes programs, outings, and events, and assists with registration; supports sales efforts by engaging visitors and prospective residents and collecting information; maintains building security and oversees office equipment, mail, and newspaper delivery; participates in training sessions and ensures HIPAA privacy for medical or healthcare information; demonstrates strong communication, initiative, flexibility, interpersonal skills, and teamwork to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Certification or completed course work in office management desired.
- Telephone operating and answering experience required.
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar concierge/administrative assistant position desired.
