Job Summary
Concierge Receptionist greets residents and guests, handles telephone messages, conducts community marketing tours, and supports administrative functions to present the community attractively to prospective residents and families. Provides excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or connecting callers to the appropriate team member, maintains a neat reception area, and contributes to team efforts to get tasks done. Required experience in customer service, basic computer skills (Word/Excel), English communication, health licensure readiness (CPR/First Aid, Food Handlers), continuing education, and ability to perform essential duties with/without accommodation. Also involves participation in pre-employment screening and potential health-related requirements.
Required Qualifications
- One year of experience in a customer service role is required
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word and Excel
- Ability to read, comprehend, write, and speak English to communicate effectively with residents, families, guests and other team members
- Must meet health-related requirements pertaining to State licensure
- Must maintain current CPR/First Aid credentials
- Must maintain current Food Handlers credentials
- Must maintain annual Continuing Education Credits (company paid and provided)
- Must be able to perform duties and responsibilities (Essential Job Functions) with or without reasonable accommodation
- Subject to pre-employment screening including physical, drug and TB testing and criminal clearance
