Concierge

Concierge at Puttery Chicago, the first point of contact for guests, responsible for providing venue information on dining, gaming, and event offerings; managing reservations and guest inquiries; maintaining organization in the reservation system; collaborating with staff to anticipate needs and uphold a high standard of hospitality. Key duties include greeting guests, offering personalized recommendations, promoting food/beverage/entertainment options, handling reservations and waitlists, maintaining guest activity awareness, clear communication with guests and team members, and supporting other team members as requested. Requires a friendly, professional demeanor, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, strong organizational and teamwork skills, and a minimum of one year in a concierge, guest service, or hospitality role. Proficiency with reservation systems and POS is preferred; bilingual abilities are a plus. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are required; standing and walking for extended periods and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds are expected.
