Job Summary
Concierge role in a senior living community focusing on greeting residents, families, and visitors; handling external/internal calls, messages, and providing community information to support marketing and sales efforts. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, data entry, general administrative duties, and monitoring the Bistro area for a pleasant atmosphere. Requires delivering friendly customer service, managing appointments and transfers, and coordinating with Community Engagement Director/Executive Director. On-site, part-time schedule with weekday and alternating weekend coverage; strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven customer service experience
- Knowledge and experience in the Senior Living Industry preferred
