Job Summary
Greet and assist patients and visitors upon arrival, escort guests to their destinations, and provide basic patient and facility information. Answer front desk calls and take messages while managing mail and deliveries as needed. Support patient concerns in partnership with Patient Relations. This role requires high school diploma, customer service or hospital experience, strong communication skills, and comfort working independently under pressure. Located at Mercy Hospital, a 375-bed not-for-profit, the position offers competitive pay with shift differentials and flexible scheduling within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
