Job Summary
Concierge/Front Desk Associate needed for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday, 3pm–11pm; 16 hours total) to greet tenants, guests, and vendors, direct them within the building, and coordinate services. Responsibilities include announcing and guiding visitors, developing relationships with tenants to tailor experiences, scheduling reservations at restaurants/hotels/entertainment venues, planning on-site events, providing local referrals to entertainment and services, documenting mail and deliveries, managing access via keys and cards, answering phones, monitoring the lobby, and multitasking with strong communication and basic computer skills. Requires 2+ years of front desk/concierge experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a customer-focused, professional demeanor. Pay is $17.00/hour; full-time benefits available to eligible employees; 401K with employer match. Location: Atlanta, GA, USA.
