Job Summary
Concierge (Part-Time) at Ivy Park Roseville. 2:30pm–8:00pm Mondays and Fridays. Provides exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and staff; greets guests, fulfills resident requests, arranges tours, answers a multi-line telephone, and supplies clerical support to the administrative team. Maintains a safe, secure environment per safety standards; monitors the Emergency Alert System; manages business center tasks and mail; promotes teamwork. Requires at least 18, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office; preferred 2 years in hospitality or a senior living setting. Must pass background and health screening tests and comply with health/safety protocols (PPE, vaccinations as required). Equal Opportunity Employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Vaccination/health-safety requirements as per regulatory guidelines
