Concierge- Part Time - Del Coronado

Greet residents and guests as they enter the building, answer phone calls with courtesy, and route inquiries to the appropriate associate. Ensure amenities are in tour condition prior to leasing office opening each morning and manage deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours. Report to management any safety concerns, hazardous conditions, or maintenance needs, while maintaining organization and cleanliness of the work area. Work 7am-3:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
