Concierge- Part Time - Del Coronado

Concierge role at Mills Properties for Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-3:30pm with evening fill-ins. Responsibilities include warmly greeting residents and guests, answering phone calls, ensuring tour-ready amenities before leasing office opens, managing deliveries and notifying residents within 24 hours, reporting safety or maintenance concerns, maintaining organized work areas, and assisting the Property Manager as needed. Requires strong customer service orientation, ability to coordinate building services, and adherence to Fair Housing and ADA guidelines. Education/experience: High school diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license preferred; prior concierge/guest services experience preferred; reliable transportation.
