Job Summary
Greet guests, explain menus, and capture daily meal orders for residents and guests while collaborating with the RDN or Exec Chef on nutrition preferences. Print meal production sheets, update dining room menus, and assist in serving palatable food in accordance with portion control and sanitary regulations. Maintain good interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and facility personnel while delivering excellent customer service. This full-time, non-management role at WellBridge of Rochester Hills offers $16.00 per hour starting pay, plus benefits including tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, and unlimited referral bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- ServSafe and Allergen Trained
- Must be knowledgeable of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing
- Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with residents, physicians, visitors, and all facility personnel
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering Excellent, Passionate, Innovative Care!
- This is a full time position
Desired Qualifications
- Starbucks Barista trained is preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services
