Job Summary
Concierge at Invited’s private clubs role focused on delivering exceptional member service by managing calls, reservations, and emails; engaging with new and at-risk members; promoting club offerings; supporting member communications and events; maintaining detailed records in systems (M360, MemberFirst); coordinating reservations for dining and events; assisting with dietary restrictions and allergies communication to restaurant teams; maintaining a welcoming lobby and front-area; and contributing to member experience initiatives with strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer-facing experience
- Professional, friendly phone demeanor
- Positive attitude with collaborative team spirit
