Job Summary
Concierge role in a hospitality club focused on delivering exceptional member service via phone, reservations, emails, and outreach to new and at-risk members. Responsibilities include greeting and guiding members and guests, managing reservations and inquiries, promoting club events and services, coordinating with the social media and communications efforts, and maintaining accurate member records in the M360 and MemberFirst platforms. Must proactively assist with outbound member outreach, meal/dining coordination, event registrations, and ensuring personalized welcomes and farewells while upholding club standards and safety protocols. Minimum 1 year hospitality/customer-facing experience; high school diploma or equivalent; strong communication skills across phone, email, and social channels; professional, welcoming demeanor; ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic club environment.
