Job Summary
Concierge delivers exceptional member experiences by managing calls, reservations, and emails; promotes club events and services; conducts outbound outreach to new and at-risk members; supports social media and member communications; assists with event registration and follow-ups; maintains detailed member profiles and preferences; communicates allergies or dietary requirements to restaurant teams; prepares personalized welcome and celebration cards; maintains a welcoming lobby and workspaces; documents interactions in M360 and updates the MemberFirst platform; coordinates dining and program reservations and calendars, and supports club operations with proactive outreach and exemplary service.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar customer-facing role
- Service-oriented mindset with the ability to make every member and guest feel valued
- Friendly and personable with a positive, can-do attitude
- Professional and welcoming phone demeanor
- Positive attitude with a collaborative team spirit
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel)
