Job Summary
Concierge role within Invited’s private-club hospitality environment focusing on delivering warm greetings, handling reservations and inquiries, driving member engagement, and supporting club events. Responsibilities include managing phone calls, reservations, and emails; outbound outreach to new and at-risk members; promoting club services; assisting with social media and member communications; coordinating event invitations and follow-ups; maintaining member profiles and preferences; ensuring accurate documentation in the M360 system and updating the MemberFirst calendar; preparing personalized welcome and celebratory cards; and upholding service standards to enhance member satisfaction and loyalty.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or customer-facing role
