Job Summary
Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building while managing key access and answering telephones. Develop relationships with residents to schedule reservations, organize on-site events, and provide referrals for local dining, retail, and attractions. Document and secure mail and deliveries, monitor the lobby, and maintain a welcoming presence for all visitors.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of customer service experience
- Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone
- Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills
- Knowledge of local attractions and establishments
- Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed
