Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care and preventive healthcare services within a concierge medicine model, developing long-term relationships with a limited patient panel. Deliver personalized, evidence-based care focused on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management, while coordinating with specialists to ensure continuity. Conduct health assessments, create individualized care plans, and maintain accurate EHR documentation. Participate in community outreach and practice growth initiatives as desired. Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical institution
- Board Certified in Internal Medicine
- active or eligible District of Columbia medical license
- DEA registration
