Job Summary
Concierge role handling first impressions and resident/customer interactions at MBK Senior Living. Responsibilities include greeting residents, families, visitors, and prospects; supporting sales by directing inquiries, guiding tours, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience; answering and directing calls with accurate information; assisting residents and families, coordinating with other departments to meet needs; maintaining knowledge of daily activities and services to share information; providing administrative support such as logging messages and organizing reception area; upholding safety standards and complying with regulations; contributing to teamwork and company values; role requires high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old, background checks and health screenings, and ability to communicate professionally in English. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must complete required Background clearance, health screening and provide negative TB test results within 7 days of employment
- Must possess the ability to always deal tactfully and professionally with residents, families, and guests
- Must possess the ability to make sound, independent decisions when circumstances warrant, remain calm and effectively manage stressful or emergency situations
- Must possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to speak, write, and read English
- Must have a positive, polished, and professional demeanor with a genuine passion for helping others
- Must possess strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Must be comfortable working with basic computer systems, phone systems, and office equipment
- HIPAA and related regulatory compliance awareness
