Job Summary
Concierge responsibilities include responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning), identifying appropriate providers, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. Staff provide information about the property and local area amenities, handle guest calls and requests, coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues, review logs, monitor lounge operations for safety and service quality, and ensure professional appearance and confidentiality. Includes assisting guests with disabilities, greeting guests according to standards, maintaining clear communication, preparing and reviewing documents, answering phones, and supporting team goals.
