Concierge

Concierge duties include responding to guest requests for special arrangements or services (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning), identifying suitable providers, and following up to ensure guest satisfaction. Provide information to guests about the property and local area amenities, assist with special needs, handle calls and requests, coordinate with departments to resolve issues, review logs, monitor lounge activities for seating, safety, and guest well-being, and participate in safety training and adherence to policies.
