Concierge (m/f/x)

Respond to guest requests for special arrangements (e.g., transportation, reservations, dry cleaning) and identify appropriate providers; respond to special requests from guests with unique needs and follow up to ensure satisfaction; gather, summarize, and provide information about the property and local area amenities; answer, record, and process guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns; coordinate with relevant departments to resolve questions or problems; review shift logs and document pertinent information; monitor the club lounge for seating, service, safety, and guest well-being; report accidents or unsafe conditions to management and complete required safety training; maintain confidentiality and professional appearance; communicate clearly in French and English (Luxembourgish/German are assets); applicants must be legally authorized to work in Luxembourg; salary starts at minimum wage with final offer based on experience.
