Job Summary
Concierge at Lincolnwood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in North Providence, RI. Responsibilities include answering and transferring calls courteously, providing information and directions to residents, staff, guests, and vendors, performing clerical duties, greeting potential residents and families, managing internal and external calls, and taking/communicating messages. Requires strong customer service orientation and excellent verbal/written communication skills; healthcare setting experience preferred and an active Rhode Island CNA license is strongly preferred. Required Qualifications
- Current and active CNA license in Rhode Island strongly preferred
