Job Summary
Concierge role in a senior living community handling front-desk duties and resident/guest interactions: answer phones, greet residents and guests, maintain lobby areas, assist with service and amenities, and support front-office functions. Weekend coverage required with a 9am–5pm schedule (either Saturday & Sunday or Sundays only). Must be able to use computer/smartphone apps, read work orders and safety/policy documents, and communicate effectively with clients, coworkers, and management.
