Job Summary
Greet guests courteously, provide directions and local recommendations, and arrange special requests including airline reservations, ground transportation, and event tickets. Coordinate special events, manage move-ins and move-outs, and handle lost-and-found items and package logistics. Establish relationships with local merchants, maintain logs for all records, and assist with newsletter mailings. Review daily calendars, spa reservations, and function sheets to answer resident inquiries and direct site-seeing tours. Communicate resident concerns to management promptly while respecting privacy and maintaining professional integrity. This role serves as a coach and mentor for other department positions within a luxury high-end community, requiring early morning, late night, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 2 years experience working in the hospitality industry in similar role
- Knowledgeable with computers software programs commonly used in the industry
- Must have excellent communication skills; verbal and written to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must be creative and enjoy creating a luxury lifestyle that is fun and safe for residents
- Must be able to lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift or move items over 25 pounds
- Must be able to frequently stand
- Must be able to frequently walk
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to frequently talk
- Must be able to frequently hear
