Job Summary
Monitor residents and guests coming in and out of the community, assist with requests, answer incoming calls, and maintain a neat front desk. Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel while ensuring a warm, secure, and friendly atmosphere. Work Wednesdays 6am-2:30pm and Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 10am-6pm at $19-$19.40 per hour. Requires 6 months to 1 year of front desk or senior living experience and basic technology competency. A free meal per shift, healthcare benefits, and paid time off are included for full-time associates.
Required Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- successfully passing a drug screen
- successfully passing a job specific-related physical
- successfully passing a TB test
- successfully passing a background check
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Senior Living experience a plus
- Hotel experience a plus
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
