Job Summary
Monitor residents and guests entering and exiting the community, assist with resident requests, and answer incoming calls. Maintain a neat front desk and entrance area while responding to emergencies and coordinating with emergency personnel. Report to the Hospitality Director to ensure a welcoming atmosphere with high security and privacy standards. Requires 6–12 months of front desk or senior living experience and basic technology competency. Schedule includes Thursday–Sunday shifts, with Saturday and Sunday preferred; flexible hours including evenings, nights, and holidays. Full-time associates receive healthcare benefits and 401k matching; part-time staff earn $19.50–$20.50/hour plus a free meal per shift.
Required Qualifications
- Bring a smile to work every day
- Have excellent customer service skills
- 6 months to 1 year of front desk, receptionist or resident relations experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends and holidays as needed
- Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology, including: Microsoft Office applications, internet-based and custom applications
- Must pass a drug screen
- Must pass a job specific-related physical
- Must pass a TB test
- Must pass a background check
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Senior Living experience a plus
