Job Summary
Greet visitors, fulfill resident requests, arrange property tours, and answer a multi-line telephone while providing clerical support to administrative staff. Monitor the Emergency Alert System and immediately respond to every call. Manage the business center by processing incoming and outgoing mail, and maintain a safe, secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests. Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, guests, and visitors while fostering teamwork across departments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prefer two (2) years of experience in a hospitality setting or prior senior living community
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to operate a personal computer and be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, healthcare professionals, residents, and their families
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests
- Must be able to vaccinate, participate in daily screening, surveillance testing, and to wear face coverings and other personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 or other communicable diseases
Desired Qualifications
- Must be available for weekend shifts (Fridays and Saturdays or Sundays and Mondays)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
