Job Summary
Conduct personalized, evidence-based internal medicine care for a limited panel of engaged patients, emphasizing prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness. Deliver high-touch, relationship-driven service through unhurried, outpatient-only appointments that allow time to connect and educate. Maintain an active Florida medical license and board certification in Internal Medicine, with a preference for at least three years of outpatient primary care experience. Commit to high-touch, patient-centered medicine, exceptional communication skills, and a healthy lifestyle aligned with the practice's wellness principles. This membership-based practice offers a base salary of $280,000 to $325,000 plus bonuses, comprehensive health and malpractice insurance, and 120 to 160 hours of paid time off. Relocation to Boca Raton, FL, is required.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO
- Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or eligibility to obtain one
- Ability to relocate to Boca Raton, FL
