Job Summary
Concierge role in a hospital setting delivering excellent customer service to guests and patients. Responsibilities include providing directions, information, and assistance at the hospital's main entrance and throughout the facility; coordinating and facilitating patient discharge with escort and security departments; acting as a liaison to handle minor complaints and resolve issues to achieve positive outcomes. Requires the ability to work outdoors in all weather, 12-hour shifts from 7p to 7a, weekends and holidays, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer-service experience. CPR certification (or obtainable within six months) and Acts 73/169 clearances within 90 days are required. Preferred: prior front desk or concierge experience in hospital, medical, dental, or hotel settings.
Required Qualifications

- One year of previous customer experience providing excellent customer service
- CPR certification or must obtain within the first 6-months of employment
- Successful completion of Acts 73 and/or 169 clearances within 90 days of commencing employment, if applicable
