Job Summary
Greet guests and visitors upon arrival, managing check-in and check-out procedures while providing information about amenities, services, and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly, maintain an organized front desk, and monitor the lobby for safety and security. Coordinate transportation services for appointments, driving guests safely and ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs while maintaining vehicle cleanliness. Manage incoming calls and emails, process reservations and room assignments, and maintain accurate guest records. Work the 7:00am to 3:30pm Friday through Sunday schedule at $18.59 per hour, eligible for a 15% shift differential.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or Equivalent
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina
- Physical endurance
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and move luggage, packages, or other items
- Ability to perform manual tasks such as carrying luggage or opening doors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and reservation systems
- Proficiency in using multi line telephone systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
