Job Summary
Greet guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures, while providing information about lodge amenities and community resources. Coordinate transportation and EMPOWER Program services, respond to guest requests and emergencies, and maintain organized front desk records. Monitor lobby security and implement safety protocols. This role requires high school diploma, one year of customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems. Flexible hours including evenings and weekends are required, with occasional lifting of luggage. The starting rate is $XX to $XX, subject to experience and location.
