Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care to the elderly and disabled in private-duty home health. Coordinate with physicians, rehab services, and other care providers; educate clients on diagnoses and treatment; deliver wound care, medication management, and management of chronic conditions; maintain highly organized documentation of care. 12-hour noc shift with flexible per-diem scheduling; requires California LVN license and home health experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current, unrestricted California LVN license
- Graduation from accredited practical or vocational nursing program
- 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
- Current BLS certification
- Valid California driver\'s license and insurance
- Cell phone with internet access
- Proof of Negative TB result
- Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
