Job Summary
Greet and direct guests while providing information on area events and attractions. Coordinate VIP arrivals, transportation requests, dining and spa reservations, and guest room amenities. Handle special projects as assigned, manage reservations, check guests in and out, and process card and cash payments. This Full-Time Team Member role at The Hotel Hershey requires 2 years of guest service experience, a valid driver's license, and English proficiency. Schedule varies by operational needs, primarily covering first and second shifts including weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of guest service experience
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Proven employee/guest relations, communication, problem solving, and organization skills
- Ability to speak, read, and write English
- Keyboarding skills and PC familiarity
- Professional image representative of property image
- Work area requires the ability to adjust to seasonal temperature changes and noise
- Physical requirements include sitting or standing at length, and communicating clearly
- Schedule will vary according to operational needs but is primarily first and second shift
- Weekends and holidays required
