Welcome high-profile guests, cruise passengers, and VIPs with genuine warmth while assisting with luggage and escorting them to rooms. Valet and park a range of luxury and high-performance vehicles, requiring a full UK driving licence over 25. Organize taxis, cruise transfers, and local transportation, then provide expert recommendations on Southampton's restaurants, attractions, and events. Support guests with special requests, celebrations, and personalized experiences by collaborating closely with Reception, Housekeeping, and Restaurants to ensure seamless journeys. Deliver five-star service standards in Southampton's flagship waterfront hotel, where no two days are ever the same.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Driving licence
- Over the age of 25
- Confidence driving both manual and automatic vehicles
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
