Job Summary
Concierge – Guest Experience Expert at Denver Zoo Conservation Alliance delivers exceptional guest experiences by personalizing service through intuition, creativity, and proactive engagement. Responsibilities include handling registrations for field trips, education camps, and memberships; developing custom itineraries; managing scheduling, payments, and on-site check-in for VIP programs; cultivating relationships with members; maintaining up-to-date knowledge of assets; delivering excellent customer service; managing communications via phone, inbox, and internal staff pages; resolving guest issues; processing refunds and rescheduling; driving program sales and handling cash transactions; and collaborating across departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Requires 1 year of guest service, sales, or a customer-facing role, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and experience with databases (Tessitura or POS systems) is a plus; completion or pursuit of a college degree is preferred. Ability to pass background check and pre-employment screen; availability for Sundays and holidays; compensation hourly in the $19.30–$22.27 range.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in guest service, sales, or a customer-facing role
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Experience with databases (Tessitura or other POS systems) is a plus, but not required
