Job Summary
Concierge or Receptionist role at Longhorn Village in Austin, TX. Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, directing calls, greeting and guiding visitors and residents, distributing mail, maintaining resident information records, and supporting evening/weekend operations. Maintains awareness of emergency procedures, security systems, weather information, and in-house communications (including accessibility for deaf or hard-of-hearing customers). Ensures OSHA safety standards are followed, assists other departments as needed, and contributes to a hospitable environment for residents, families, staff, and vendors. Requires strong customer service, ability to work under interruptions, basic typing and filing, and familiarity with Microsoft Word.
