Job Summary
Concierge at a senior living community with a full-time night shift (11pm-7am). Responsibilities include managing the reception desk during the assigned period and performing administrative duties, responding to residents' family inquiries and relaying information to the Executive Director or Business Office Director, handling emergency situations calmly, organizing incoming mail, participating in onboarding and training sessions, and performing other duties as assigned. Requires at least 18 years old, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written). Located in Henrico, VA; shift is Monday-Friday 11pm-7am; equal opportunity employer.
