Job Summary
As a Full-Time Concierge, you will provide excellent customer service, serving as a frontline ambassador for community residents, guests, and staff. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones with a welcoming attitude, scheduling new hires, assisting the Business Office Manager, receiving and routing mail, responding to resident requests, and ensuring effective communication. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and strong interpersonal and organizational skills. A focus on empathy, respect, and adherence to established policies is essential.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
