Job Summary
Greet residents and guests upon entry and exit while providing assistance with mail, luggage, and groceries. Ensure proper parking utilization and clear driveways, then document all issues and report facility problems like leaking pipes or broken equipment. Maintain a clutter-free lobby, deliver newspapers, and handle phone calls and requests in a friendly, professional manner. Become knowledgeable of building rules, manage security and access codes with integrity, and monitor surroundings for suspicious persons. Work Fridays and Saturdays from 4 PM to 12 AM as part of a 16-hour weekly schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Must be available for 4 PM to 12 AM
- Must be available Fridays and Saturdays
- Position is part time, 16 Hours Per Week
- Possess excellent customer service abilities
- Ability to be proactive and resourceful in stressful situations
- Professional attitude an appearance
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain a neat and clean appearance, as well as a outwardly happy demeanor
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability required
- Ability to work with minimal direction or supervision
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all situations
- Employee will be required to stand or sit for prolonged periods of time
- Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
