Job Summary
Concierge role providing first-point-of-contact support to residents, guests, and staff in a luxury senior living community. Responsibilities include handling clerical tasks, coordinating activities, managing requests, distributing correspondence, directing phone calls, and interacting professionally with residents and visitors under The Sterling Touch standards. Requires strong customer service, English reading/writing, and physical ability to stand/walk and lift/carry light loads. Full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package and PTO. Located in Naples, FL; on-site schedule from 3PM to 11PM.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Customer service experience in the senior housing field (preferred)
- Ability to read, write and understand English
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and push/pull carts up to 50 pounds
