Concierge F/T

Concierge responsible for ensuring guests are well looked after from arrival to departure, delivering exceptional guest experiences, leveraging extensive knowledge of the local area, and coordinating with the Guest Services Team to accommodate requests from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Must possess excellent personal presentation, strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask. Standing for 8 hours per shift and maintaining discretion are required.
