Prepare client stays by physically greeting arrivals, anticipating needs, and facilitating connections with hotel services and external partners. Manage reception, courier, and mail delivery while recommending and selling hotel services. Anticipate client desires to propose tailored itineraries, activities, and transportation options. Respond promptly to requests from management and guests to ensure satisfaction and uphold the hotel's image. This seasonal role at Le Carlina, a luxury chalet in Courchevel 1850, requires a minimum of two years of experience in a similar standing establishment. The position offers 39 hours per week with accommodation, meals, and an attractive salary plus bonus, alongside a 50% mutual aid plan.
