Job Summary
Concierge Executive stationed in the Melbourne lobby to warmly welcome tenants and visitors, provide asset-and-local precinct knowledge, and support tenant activation initiatives. You'll be the face of Accor to building tenants and visitors, rove the lobby and engage with occupants, identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience, participate in CX training, and uphold the Heartist culture while delivering convenient, exclusive, and community-focused service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer/hospitality/hotel background with demonstrated ability to deliver exemplary customer service
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a customer experience role
- Strong passion for people and curating premium service delivery
