Job Summary
Provide welcome and assist residents, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries. Manage the reception desk and maintain a clean and organized front office area. Provide information regarding building facilities, services, and policies. Receive and respond to residents inquiries and service requests. Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve residents issues promptly. Support tenant communications and announcements. Assist with booking common areas or meeting facilities, where applicable.
