Concierge

Answer and direct telephone calls to residents and organization departments, monitor fire and emergency response systems, and screen visitors in the lobby via TV monitors and telephone. Provide greeter service at the Hospitality Desk, sort mail, and manage daily point of sale operations while maintaining accurate drawer counts. Take guest room reservations, coordinate game equipment and pool access, and dispatch maintenance personnel for work orders. Notify family members regarding resident hospitalizations or deaths, and manage disaster communications per the EVS Disaster Plan. Available for second and third shifts from 3-11pm and 11pm-7am with varying days. Two years of public-facing customer service experience required; experience with older adults preferred.
