Job Summary
Concierge (PRN) in a senior living community providing front-desk support, guest reception, and resident services. Responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, handling sign-in procedures, assisting with transportation, reservations, and general information; answering and directing phone calls; responding to emergencies; monitoring lobby and common areas for safety; maintaining reservations for guest suites, clubhouse, and private dining; receiving mail/packages and distributing them; updating emergency contact info; processing maintenance/housekeeping requests; performing administrative tasks (filing, data entry, stamping, etc.); helping promote community events and activities; notifying supervisors about supplies and orders; maintaining confidentiality of resident information; reporting on-the-job injuries; and performing other duties as assigned. Required experience in customer service, hospitality, or senior living; strong communication and multitasking abilities; basic computer skills; professional appearance and demeanor; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and promote teamwork. Preferred qualifications include willingness to learn and enjoy working with older adults.
Required Qualifications
